The Opportunity

Oversee the Digital Health Services EMR Support Desk operations to provide great customer service and build a culture focused on delivering business outcomes.

About You

We are seeking experienced and passionate candidates to fill this fantastic opportunity. The successful candidate will have relevant previous experience with excellent computer literacy, strong communication skills and a great customer service attitude.

  • 3+ years managing a customer support desk, preferably IT/Software related.
  • Can start immediately
  • Great attitude and team player
