The Client

Our client is a well-managed Council located in Central West Qld, a region abundant in nature, culture and heritage.

The Opportunity

The Heavy Vehicle Mechanic is responsible for performing manual work daily and need to be able to complete large jobs within certain timeframes. Problem solving occurs regularly, especially when performing maintenance or repairs. May work in a variety of different environments, including call outs to undertake repairs on site where problem solving is critical.

About You

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• A Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar Post-Trade Qualifications
• A current lawful Queensland Construction Safety Card (White Card).
• A current QLD Car Licence and HR Truck Licence
