The Client

Precruitment are currently working on behalf of a diverse range of clients in the recruitment of HR professionals at the Advisor, Officer, Manager and Director levels.

Our clients include:

  • Commercial Organisations;
  • Not-For-Profit Organisations;
  • Local Government (local and remote);

The Opportunity

As a HR professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies aligned with our clients business objectives and values.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide HR guidance to leaders and employees, and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, retention and development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Drive talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and employee development programs.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback processes.
  • Implement and maintain HR systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance data analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and promote a culture of fairness and equity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR programs and practices.



About You

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or at least a demonstrated experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
