Finance Officer | Permanent Role | Attractive Salary

The Client

Our client is a leader within their respective industry with a heritage in delivering world class services to their customers throughout north Queensland.

The Opportunity

Our client is currently requiring a Finance Officer to assist in the daily processing of all finance related duties including processing of invoices, maintaining account details for all customers within the Accounts Receivable ledger, maintaining pricing structures within the internal accounting system, processing fees and charges, monthly account reconciliation, investigate and respond to customer account queries, and assisting in monthly reporting requirements.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will require previous experience in:

• Maintains financial systems.
• Preparing reports and documents covering accounting transactions for managements review.
• Ensuring accurate records are kept by standard practices.
• Establishing budgets, forecasts future cash flows, provides periodic financial analysis
• Managing invoicing procedures to collect money owed by clients/customers.
• Exercising initiative in the application of established work procedu
• Effectively executing internal and external liaison and communication activ
• Assisting in the production of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reviewing transactions to ensure they are correctly accounted for and comply with company policies and standards.
