Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team on a part-time basis. This temporary position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to key projects while enjoying a flexible work arrangement.

Role Details:

• Tenure: Temporary, up to 30 June 2025
• Schedule: 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 8:30 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel logistics using Corporate Travel software
• Manage and process purchase orders efficiently
• Provide administrative support across various corporate functions
• (Desirable) Assist with fleet management duties

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A strong administration background with proven experience in travel logistics and purchase order processing
• Proficiency in financial software systems, with intermediate to advanced MYOB skills (XERO experience also considered)
• A keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• (Desirable) Knowledge or experience in fleet management
