Fleet and Workshop Supervisor

Lead the maintenance and operations of a Regional Queensland Council’s fleet and workshop facilities. Reporting to the Director of Works, you’ll manage servicing, compliance, and a skilled team to ensure peak performance of essential infrastructure.

On Offer:

• $90K - $100K + super
• Subsidised accommodation & relocation assistance
• Permanent or Contract position (your choice), in a leadership role

About You:

• Trade-qualified mechanic (heavy, diesel, or light vehicle)
• Experience in fleet management, workshop operations, and team supervision
• Strong skills in budgeting, procurement, and reporting
• Local Council experience is great but not mandatory!
