Infrastructure Operations Manager

Lead the construction, maintenance, and operations of a Regional Queensland Council’s road and infrastructure assets. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, you’ll manage contracts, budgets, and a skilled workforce to deliver essential community projects.

On Offer:

• $120K - $150K + super (based on experience)
• Partly furnished housing provided
• 5 weeks annual leave + 17.5% loading
• Permanent full-time leadership role in a supportive team

About You:

• Experience in civil construction and maintenance
• Leadership expeirence in operational management
• Strong skills in contract management, budgeting, and compliance
• Must have a QLD ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
• Local Government experience is great but not essential
