Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making? We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and implementing solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that support strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain business process models to illustrate current and future workflows.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and refine solutions.
• Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
• Assist in drafting quarterly and annual reports, including Board Papers.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, such as CRM enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
