The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator AO6 (Senior Superintendent’s Representative) to join our team in Rockhampton. This role is crucial in overseeing contract administration processes, ensuring compliance, and providing expert operational contract supervisory services on major and complex construction and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert operational contract supervisory services for major construction and engineering projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project compliance.
• Organize and lead site meetings at regular intervals following standardized procedures.
• Issue Variation Orders and assess contractual claims.
• Process Contractor’s Requests for Information.
• Implement contract administration policies and procedures as directed

About You:

• Strong knowledge of contract administration processes for both traditional and non-traditional contracts.
• Experience in administering government building contracts, including single and multi-storey buildings and modular housing, is highly desirable.
