We have a full-time role available for a Sales Assistant in Kununurra, WA 6743.

SKILL LEVEL:

The role requires you to hold at least a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Certificate I and 1 year of relevant full-time work experience.

At least 1 year of fulltime work experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The sales assistant is central in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The position involves assisting customers select products, offering expert advice on our goods and processing sales transactions. Sales assistants also assist in maintaining the store’s presentation as they organise, manage and restock displays. You will be reporting to the Retail Manager.

TASKS INCLUDE:

• Assist customers via telephone, email and in person
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements
• Offer educated advice on product selection, pricing and proper use and care of our products
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Establish positive customer rapport and loyalty
• Sales of a variety of products and inform customers of promotional campaigns
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to a high standard
• Aid in visual merchandising and stock management
• Manage inventory levels and participate in stocktakes
• Receive deliveries
• Prepare and ensure orders are ready for dispatch
• Accurately handle customer transactions using multiple payment methods

SALARY:

The position offers an annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 negotiated based on your experience.
