Your Opportunity
We are seeking a Service Maintenance Supervisor to assist in managing and coordinating service maintenance project planning and delivery activities. The goal is to maximize project profitability and ensure client satisfaction by meeting quality and value-for-money expectations.
About You
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the delivery of service maintenance work, including planning and coordination with office staff, field staff, and subcontractors.
- Conduct maintenance audits and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to workplace health and safety standards and practices.
- Participate in WHS audits and inspections, ensuring all job documentation meets safety requirements.
- Promote services to clients, identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must have intermediate to advanced skills in EXCEL!!
- Strong supervisory and project management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
