The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic AO3 Communications Officer to join a collaborative and community-focused team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering clear, professional, and engaging communications for a wide range of transport-related projects. You’ll contribute to engagement plans, draft public communications, design project flyers, and update digital platforms including websites and social media channels.

About You

We’re looking for a confident communicator with a proactive mindset and a flair for clear, professional messaging. You will thrive in a team environment and enjoy contributing to project-based work that makes a difference in local communities.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in community engagement or project-based communications
• Skills in drafting and managing project web pages and updates
• Proficiency in developing flyers, presentations, and PowerPoint materials
• Excellent written communication and editing skills
• An enthusiastic and team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in government is beneficial but not essential
• Communications, journalism, or media graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
