Maintenance or Industrial Electrician

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to expert keeping their equipment running safely and smoothly.
• Take ownership of electrical maintenance – from urgent fixes to strategic upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults to keep our clients operations efficient and on target.
• Work collaboratively across departments to reduce downtime and keep production flowing.
• Use your expertise to read schematics, interpret wiring diagrams, and improve system reliability.
• Lead by example in safety, reporting hazards and ensuring a safe workspace for everyone.
• Help implement smarter, more efficient maintenance strategies that improve performance.
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts with insight from root-cause analysis
• Assist with mechanical maintenance as required

What You Bring:

• An Electrical Trade Qualification.
• An open unrestricted electrical licence
• Proven experience undertaking electrical preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance and fault finding in a manufacturing facility.
• Experience working with and fault finding on PLC's
• Experience with robotics, pneumatics, and automation systems.
• Instrumentation experience is desirable.
• Mechanical maintenance experience not essential but would be beneficial.
• A passion for solving complex problems with a practical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
• A team player who communicates clearly, works efficiently, and takes pride in quality work

Whats on Offer:

• Competitive hourly full time/permanent rate of $60 per hour
• Superannuation of 11.5%
• Day shift – Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS
• Some overtime at penalties
• Bonus incentives are available
• Employee share options available
