Water and Sewerage Supervisor

About the Role

This is a hands-on, full-time supervisor role where you’ll put your plumbing skills to use across water and sewer infrastructure, treatment plants, and maintenance works. You’ll lead a small crew, manage day-to-day jobs, and still get on the tools when needed. It’s a stable Council role with guaranteed hours, overtime, and job security—without the hassle of city traffic.

You'll be based in a quiet outback regional Queensland town with cheap rent, a slower pace of life, and a great sense of community.

About You

• Qualified in Plumbing, Drainage and Gas Fitting
• Sound understanding of water/sewerage systems and compliance standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• HR driver’s licence and construction induction card (White Card)
• Willingness to live and work in a remote setting
