Senior Human Resources Officer – Remote Queensland

Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll provide end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee records management and HR administration. You’ll also coordinate internal training, maintain registers, and assist with HR-related reporting and cyclical activities such as performance and remuneration reviews.

About You
You’re a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys working closely with teams to support the full employee lifecycle. You bring strong document control and administration skills, know how to handle confidential information with professionalism, and value cultural sensitivity and respectful communication.

You will bring:

• Generalist HR experience in a customer-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, privacy requirements, and employee records
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and training
• Excellent document control, system and reporting skills
