Australian-owned and operated, our client is a recognised leader in the wild-caught seafood industry.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support across a range of business activities. In this role, you will:

  • Prepare export and domestic delivery documentation.
  • Process purchasing transactions and maintain stock records.
  • Support financial administration including reconciliations and data entry.
  • Maintain compliance with accreditation systems (Export Approved Arrangements and Safefood QLD).
  • Assist with WHS records and toolbox meetings.
  • Provide relief support to the Finance & Admin Coordinator and Depot Manager.

This is a diverse role that contributes directly to our clients operational efficiency and success.

About You

You are a proactive and reliable professional who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. To be successful, you will bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to a finance department.
  • Experience with Xero will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while also showing initiative and accountability.
  • A positive attitude, resilience and adaptability to support a dynamic workplace.
