POSITION

We have a full-time position for a Shop Manager available in Mareeba, 4880 Queensland.

SKILLS

The role requires you to have at least a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Diploma and 1 year of relevant work experience OR at least three years of relevant work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate the daily operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and consistently delivers a high standard of customer service.

TASKS

The position will require you to perform the following tasks:

• Managing all aspects of the retail shop.
• Ensuring all financial matters are attended to and correctly handled and reported to company bookkeeper.
• Daily, weekly and monthly budgeting and ensuring sufficient cash on hand.
• Completing banking, cash flow and staff wages.
• Interviewing, recruiting, training and monitoring staff members to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Consulting with Company Directors to plan and record business objectives.
• Implementing merchandising and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
• Supervising, supporting, and allocating duties to staff during daily operations.

SALARY

The salary offered will be $75,000 to $85,000 per annum negotiated based on your experience.
