The Opportunity

As the Teacher – Early Childhood, you will work within the local Early Childhood Centre (NECC) to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and Building Waterfalls (C&K). Reporting to the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, you’ll provide safe and engaging learning opportunities that foster children’s interests, skills, and development while building strong connections with families and the wider community.

About You
You’re a qualified and enthusiastic early childhood educator who values professionalism, inclusivity, and community. You bring strong planning and classroom management skills, and you’re committed to supporting children’s learning journeys.

You will bring:
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or at least 2 years completed toward qualification)
• Experience planning and delivering developmentally appropriate programs
• Ability to supervise children and provide a safe learning environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
• Knowledge of WHS and child safety principles
