The Role
You’ll be a hands-on engineer contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of a broad range of civil works. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and clients to ensure infrastructure is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Focus Areas
- Developing practical, cost-effective designs for civil infrastructure.
- Assisting in the delivery of construction projects and monitoring outcomes on site.
- Preparing clear documentation and technical reports that support approvals and compliance.
- Identifying challenges and offering solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement with professional communication and reliable service.
- Working with senior engineers while continuing to grow your own expertise.
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Some practical experience in civil design or infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- Comfortable managing priorities in a busy project environment.
- Good communicator who can explain technical information in a straightforward way.
- Current driver’s licence and flexibility to visit project sites.
