The Role

You’ll be a hands-on engineer contributing to the planning, design, and delivery of a broad range of civil works. This isn’t just about technical drawings and reports, it’s about being part of a team that brings real projects to life. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and clients to ensure infrastructure is delivered to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Focus Areas

  • Developing practical, cost-effective designs for civil infrastructure.
  • Assisting in the delivery of construction projects and monitoring outcomes on site.
  • Preparing clear documentation and technical reports that support approvals and compliance.
  • Identifying challenges and offering solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
  • Supporting stakeholder engagement with professional communication and reliable service.
  • Working with senior engineers while continuing to grow your own expertise.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
  • Some practical experience in civil design or infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Comfortable managing priorities in a busy project environment.
  • Good communicator who can explain technical information in a straightforward way.
  • Current driver’s licence and flexibility to visit project sites.
