A Regional Queensland Council is seeking an organised and detail-focused Administration Support Officer – Human Resources to provide high-quality, confidential administrative support to the HR Team across the full employee lifecycle.
This role is critical to ensuring HR documentation, records, and registers are accurate, compliant, and managed in line with legislation, Council policies, and record-keeping requirements. You will work closely with HR and Payroll, supporting recruitment activities, employee movements, training administration, and general HR operations.
