POSITION

We have a full-time position for a Bar Supervisor available in Edmonton QLD 4869.

SKILLS

You must have at least a relevant AQF or equivalent Certificate III and at least one year of work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Bar Supervisor, your key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supervising, coordinating and training bar staff and ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered to guests. You will handle inventory management, customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. You are able to lead by example and consistently follow management directions and procedures with a positive attitude.

TASKS

• Maintain the cleanliness of the venue, reporting any maintenance requests.
• Assist in opening, closing and preparing service areas, ensuring all shift duties are completed.
• Supervise and provide support to Bar Attendants, promoting high standards of service.
• Monitor and maintain beer lines, taps and beverage systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures, liquor licensing, and venue policies.
• Monitor stock levels, oversee stock control procedures, and maintain organised service and storage areas.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Uphold and maintain high customer service standards, ensuring all customers are served diligently.
• Perform incidental duties as required, supporting smooth operation of the bar.

SALARY

The salary offered will be $65,000 to $75,000 per annum negotiated based on your experience.
