The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their Cairns-based team.

In this role, you will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support across the full project lifecycle, from tendering and pre-contracts through to project delivery and completion.

Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Administrators and internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are well-coordinated, compliant and delivered efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating project setup and mobilisation, maintaining document control systems, supporting reporting and commercial processes and assisting with workforce coordination and logistics.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator with experience supporting construction, civil or infrastructure projects.

You will bring:

  • Experience in project administration within construction, mining or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of the project lifecycle from tender through to completion.
  • Experience with document control, reporting and project coordination.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
  • Experience supporting tendering and pre-contract activities will be highly regarded.
