This role will provide critical administrative and customer service support during a high-volume period, assisting with end-of-year processing and operational workloads.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support during peak operational periods, including end-of-year processing
  • Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence within required timeframes
  • Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls and responding to enquiries
  • Supporting service delivery within a KPI-driven environment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service outcomes
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and system records
  • Updating and managing information systems, including Ellipse and Microsoft Office
  • Contributing positively to team culture and supporting recurring administrative tasks

About You

You are an organised and proactive administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality support.

You will bring:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a KPI-driven environment
  • Professional approach with a positive and team-focused attitude
  • Current open Driver’s Licence (essential)
