About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to customers and stakeholders
    • Managing enquiries and delivering timely and accurate information
    • Working within a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with industry, suppliers, and stakeholders
    • Assisting with dispute resolution and handling challenging customer interactions professionally
    • Preparing, compiling, and maintaining documents, reports, and correspondence
    • Updating and maintaining information systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy
    • Supporting internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery outcomes
    • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
    • Undertaking general administrative duties as required

About You

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong administrative skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. You have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

You will bring:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
    • Strong administration and organisational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High level interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with performance targets or KPIs
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Current unrestricted Driver Licence
    • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently
    • Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
    • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
