POSITION

We have a full-time position available for a Store Manager in Mareeba, QLD, 4880.

SKILLS

The business requires the following qualifications and experience for the Store Manager position.

• Hold at least an AQF (or equivalent) Diploma; and
• Have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Store and ensuring the business operates efficiently, profitably and in accordance with the company’s operational standards.

You are responsible for all store operations and are expected to manage the business autonomously, without requiring direction from ownership. You will communicate regularly with ownership regarding store performance, staffing, operational issues and opportunities for improvement.

POSITION DUTIES

The position will require you to perform the following duties:

Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

• Analyse sales and customer demand, implement promotions, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Store Operations and Presentation

• Manage all day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is appropriately staffed, operational during advertised hours, and maintains required food quality, cleanliness and service standards.

Inventory, Stock and Financial Control

• Manage stock, ordering, cash controls, budgets and store financial performance to minimise wastage, control costs and improve profitability.

Supplier and Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate suppliers, stock deliveries and customer delivery operations to ensure efficient and reliable service.

Staff Management and Compliance

• Recruit, train, roster and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with company procedures, food safety, workplace health and safety and employment requirements.

SALARY

The successful applicant will receive a salary from $75,000 to $85,000 negotiated based on qualifications and experience.
