The Client

Our Client is the leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for Queensland Government.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for someone with strong administration background particularly in maintenance or building and construction.

The responsibilities of the position include:

• Call Centre environment within small team
• Arranging responsive maintenance for Government Assets
• Answering or making customer calls to address their maintenance needs
• Engaging with callers to confirm or clarify information and calming angry customers, as needed
• Building relationships with customers and contractors
• Appropriately using software, databases, scripts, and tools
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics
• Providing consistent customer service

About You

• Experience in using effective work order management to monitor and review project and contract standards.
• Experience in reporting on the status and quality of service, project delivery, and expenses to stakeholders.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with industry best practices and agreed-upon cost and time parameters.
• Monitor and maintain all System and Plant equipment details in Ellipse and associated appropriate reporting methods.
• Supervisory background with excellent communication skills
• Experience in contract and work order management would be highly regarded
